Docking- or Landing stations will be made in: 

Somalia, Puntland (Bosaso) in Gulf of Aden by Universal Cable Company (UCC)  acting under.

Berbera, biggest harbour in Somaliland.  -Massawa in Eritrea by Eritel telecommunication. 

Maintenance facilities for the terminal transmission and Supervisory  equipment, including network management systems for the day-to-day  operations will be provided. 

Primary Power for the terminal Stations, Power Feed for the undersea  submerged repeaters (as required) and back-up power sources for the system  and the station infrastructure requirements will be provided.  Djibouti is an  important regional submarine cable hub where connectivity to a number of  other submarine cable systems for onward connectivity is possible.
